This is a lovely little pond fed by an irrigation ditch at an organic vegetable farm in rural Boulder County Colorado. Of course, there were Redwing Blackbirds, frogs, and plenty of bugs.

This plein air landscape is of Anne White Trail in Boulder County. It is such a lovely peaceful spot that it is irresistable, although I do worry about running into a mountail lion up there.
