I had an opportunity to meet the public and hang a one-woman show at the Colorado Academy of Art Gallery tonight. It is the first time I have seen my new encaustic work hanging as a group, framed and appearing under nice gallery lighting. I had a nice time talking to new people about my art and my classes, and I am already looking ahead to my wildlife and landscape show later this spring. I am posting my painting of a horse head. It is oil on panel, and is available for purchase.
